Recently, the first training for lean talents, supervisors, and internal trainers of Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group Corp., Ltd.
in 2024 was successfully completed in the Suxiao Hall on the third floor of Darentang Building. The training on lean management knowledge was conducted both online and offline. Its objective is to enhance the lean team's understanding of fundamental lean principles and to improve their practical skills. Additionally, the training aims to develop a pool of high-quality talents and trainers with a lean mindset, fostering continuous improvement of the group's lean management projects. 培训开始前，智能制造中心针对2024年精益人才团队培训内容和形式进行了精心策划，确保培训既具有理论深度，又切实具备企业实操性。培训过程中，专家老师首先对2024年精益管理工作重点进行了讲解，后又通过生动的案例分享、深入浅出的理论讲解和互动式的实践操作，使学员们对TPM设备保全概论、QC七工具使用法和动作经济原则理论有了更加全面和深入的理解，并对内训师讲课技巧和必讲课程知识点进行了串讲。
