Based on the system and structure of the formal medical and pharmaceutical departments he learned in the Imperial Hospital, as well as the orthodox models such as process flow,
he standardized the Chinese medicine prescriptions and the way of making medicine.

Da Ren Tang Pharmaceutical Factory was Established

On Dajing Road in Tianjin, Le Daren established Da Ren Tang Pharmaceutical Factory, a modern industrial enterprise covering an area of more than 8,000 m2. Since then, China's ancient pharmaceutical industry has embarked on the road of industrialization. The process layout, production equipment, and workshop team setting and management in the Factory were very different from the previous "manual workshop". The design concept of the Factory comes from Bayer Pharmaceutical Factory where Le Daren studied and visited in Germany.
